It’s fruity, elegant, and smooth. If we had to describe the personality of our Reserva Pinot Noir Orgánico, it would be that friend that’s always up to date on the new cultural goings-on in the city. They love theater and jazz, photography expositions, book launches, rainy days next to a chimney, and hidden bars. And they’d have no trouble regaling you with stories as you prepare a meal together.

Now, anyone who needs to be on top of the hottest new openings, like our Pinot Noir, would have to be reading constantly to find the tips, in places like Finde from La Tercera, where you can always find restaurant, concert, and even series recommendations (super necessary during quarantine). And if they’re also the type that’s planning for future outings, maybe outside Chile, pages like Traveler.com or the Travel section of The Guardian would be good places to start.  

In terms of music, our Reserva Pinot Noir moves to the rhythms of jazz, with classics like Miles Davis, Thelonious Monk, Charlie Parker, Nina Simone or Ella Fitzgerald.

If it’s movies, this personality would definitely have a weakness for investigative pieces, like documentaries.  It begins at the edge of a native forest in our Casablanca vineyard, close to the Pacific Ocean. Here the cool morning fogs and the unique characteristics of the soils combine to create an elegant and smooth wine. If we’re talking about aromas, you’ll find notes of raspberry and cherry with damp earth.

This Pinot Noir has the perfect balance between acidity and tannins, making it an excellent option for accompanying a variety of appetizers like truffle or mushroom pâté, tuna or other oily fish, ravioli, or homemade quiche.
